Quick facts: Born and raised in Nieste, Germany. I also spent time
living in Toronto and Edmonton, Canada. Then I moved to Lynbrook, New York, and
after that to Euclid, Ohio, and later on to Bay Village, Ohio.
What are three things you have a passion for?
Traveling,
gardening, and spending time with my grandchildren
You have to give up one food forever and eat
only one forever. What would they be?
I would
give up peanut butter and eat smoked salmon forever.
What are your proudest accomplishments
professionally and personally?
I am
proud that I have been working for over 35 years in the aircraft and automotive
industry in various positions from inspector, lab technician, to quality
engineer.
What are your favorite things about
Cleveland/NE Ohio?
My
favorite things include the Metroparks, Lake Erie, and the Cavaliers
Would you rather... eat a worm or go
bungee-jumping?
To be
honest… neither one excites me.
Be a cat or a dog?
I would
be a dog. Cats climb all over things.
Only
travel by mule or unicycle?
Traveling by unicycle would
be very challenging.
What was your favorite thing about your
favorite vacation destination?
Paris,
France was my favorite. Some of my favorite things I did when I was there was
climbing the Eifel Tower, visiting Notre Dame Cathedral and Mont Marte where
all of the artists hang out.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
A
fireman
What is one thing that nobody knows about
you?
At one
point in my life, I was working on a bomb detection and disarming team.
Who will be next first Cleveland sports team to win a
championship this century?
I’m
hoping the Cavaliers will pull off another win!
If you could have the ability to teleport for
one day, where would you travel?
I would
go and see The Great Wall of China.
If you could have the superpower of your
choice, what would it be?
I want
to go out and explore the outer limits of our universe.
Best and worst summer job?
I have
never had a summer job.
If you could have dinner with anybody, who
would it be?
I would
like to sit down and have a meal with Angela Merkel.
