Plant Supervisor

Years at Bay: 22

Quick facts:
Grew up and lived in Avon, OH. Moved to North Olmsted where he lives with his wife, Kim, who he has been with for 18 years, and his daughter, Missi. I am proud to work for Bay Corporation.

What are three things you have a passion for?
Working with my hands on any tools/automotive projects, home improvement/ landscaping projects, and spending time with my daughter.

You have to give up one food forever and eat only one forever. What would they be?
I would give up anchovies and eat pizza and pasta forever. All types – I wouldn't single any one type out!

What are your proudest accomplishments professionally and personally?
Personally – Meeting my wife, having our child and providing a home for us.
Professionally – Promoted to Plant Supervisor with the help of Steve Smith (Plant Manager), whom I wouldn't have been able to without.

What are your favorite things about Cleveland/NE Ohio?
The Metroparks and State Parks are great. My family and I enjoy being outdoors in the wooded areas, which is why we bought a home where we did.

Would you rather...
Eat a worm or go bungee-jumping?
Eat a worm. I'm not too big on heights!

Be a cat or a dog?
Cat. I have freedom to roam the whole house and make it my domain!

Only travel by mule or unicycle?
Mule. Life already moves by too fast – this would help to slow it down a touch!

What was your favorite thing about your favorite vacation destination?
Last year I took my wife and daughter to South Dakota. Mount Rushmore was breathtaking. We also saw Crazy Horse, the Badlands and visited my wife's cousin. It was a lot of driving, but well worth it.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
Construction or building/making things, which is what I do now!

What is one thing that nobody knows about you?
If I say that then someone will know...

Who will be the first Cleveland sports team to win a championship this century?
Probably the Cavs now that LeBron's back, right?

If you could have the ability to teleport for one day, where would you travel?
Just mill around and see everything around the world.

If you could have the superpower of your choice, what would it be?
To heal loved ones from sickness.

Best and worst summer job?
Best – Bay Corp.
Worst – Washing dishes at a restaurant in high school. I worked 5pm-midnight Fridays and Saturdays. While my friends were having fun, my weekends were shot!

If you could have dinner with anybody, who would it be?
My dad

What came first, the chicken or the egg?
The chicken – something had to lay the egg!

What was Captain Hook's name before he got the hook?
Captain Hands?
