Quality Technician
Chelsea is a graduate of Avon Lake High School. She joined our production department in 2012 and quickly rose to become one of our lead assemblers. After a few years in this role, she then moved into our accounting and human resource department. With a diverse background, Chelsea then joined our quality team in January 2020 and was promoted to Quality Technician in 2023.
Outside of work, Chelsea's passion lies in her family and hobbies. Growing up in a family of fishermen, she enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and their three dogs, Wester, Nova, and Shelby. She finds joy in traveling to new places, exploring the Lake Erie islands, boating, camping, attending concerts, and snowboarding.
